In a thirty year senior management career leading and facilitating individual, group and organisational change Candy has worked in Europe, Scandinavia, Asia and the USA for organisations that include the NHS, Nike, Johnson & Johnson, Proctor and Gamble, Smith Klein Beecham, The Body Shop and Diageo 
  
Her academic achievements include a:
Master of Science degree in Change Agent Skills Strategies from Surrey University where she studied leading and facilitating individual, group and organisational change.
Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Business Studies from Nottingham University.
Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
 
For many years Candy was a professional member of the Cranfield University Logistics Research Group and a frequent speaker at logistics conferences in Europe.


 
Having spent the last three years working as an associate trauma counsellor Candy is taking a sabbatical having studied four years
of an MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
