She has since trained with Premier Training International and is now busy passing on her expertise. Hannah has an interest in both the injured sports person and the strains and sprains of everyday life. Hannah's Advanced Personal Training qualification gives her an added insight into recovering from injury and this advice complements her treatment.

Sports Massage Information |
|
The treatment offered at the clinic is a deep form of soft tissue massage which is one of the most effective ways of re-balancing muscles injured by wear and tear through age or overuse; bad posture or sport, accident or work- related injury.
Remedial Massage works by encouraging natural healing, soothing or stimulating nerves and depending on the depth or speed of the technique dispersing toxins in the muscles and tissues.
The increased blood circulation that follows the treatment maintains soft tissue elasticity and strength. Remedial and Sports Massage is also very effective for relieving stress related problems, relieving headaches and general tension and as a maintenance treatment for chronic arthritic pain and stiffness.
