In recent times Pilates is regarded as one the best ways to tone up weak muscles and give support to your back, neck and shoulder joints.  We provide a one to one session so you can really focus on how to efficiently move your body to increase your strength, control and physical durability.

Pilates is for those ‘Mums to be’, the elderly or anyone regaining their confidence after a physical set back.  It is a great way to exercise, which we know benefits things like Arthritis and recurrent back and neck problems.

The benefit of the 1-to-1 experience is you can go at your pace and be guaranteed that the session will be based on your individual goals, whether that is walking for longer, picking up your grandchildren or reducing the chance of falls.  You will be made to feel comfortable and relaxed as that way you get the most of your session.

Laura is a fully qualified level 3 Pilates instructor with internationally recognised Stott Pilates Group.  Laura is a truly passionate teacher with a personal dedication to achieving notable results from my clients.  Moreover as a qualified sports massage therapist with the LSSN, Laura has anatomical and soft tissue knowledge which means programs tailored to suit each client. She believes that Pilates should be fun but focused.
