What To Expect In 1-to-1 Pilates
There is only ONE focus, you!
In recent times Pilates is regarded as one the best ways to tone up weak muscles and give support to your back, neck and shoulder joints. We provide a one to one session so you can really focus on how to efficiently move your body to increase your strength, control and physical durability.
Pilates is for those ‘Mums to be’, the elderly or anyone regaining their confidence after a physical set back. It is a great way to exercise, which we know benefits things like Arthritis and recurrent back and neck problems.
The benefit of the 1-to-1 experience is you can go at your pace and be guaranteed that the session will be based on your individual goals, whether that is walking for longer, picking up your grandchildren or reducing the chance of falls. You will be made to feel comfortable and relaxed as that way you get the most of your session.


Kelly Berry
1-to-1 Pilates
Kelly holds a level 3 Specialist Diploma in Mat Pilates and offers Pilates for all ages and abilities. She is fully qualified to work with pre and postnatal ladies including those with diastasis recti and individuals with underlying orthopaedic conditions including osteoporosis.
Kelly is a passionate advocate of Pilates after suffering from the effects of poor posture from working at a desk all day and core weakness following her two pregnancies and can personally vouch for impressive results in rebuilding her core strength, everyday movement and posture. She made the decision to turn her passion in to a career in 2016 and regularly attends education events to ensure she remains up to date with the latest information and Pilates practices.
Kelly instructs a number of small group classes locally teaching to a wide range of people ranging from those looking for support with injuries, to those just wanting to maintain a level of mobility to those participating in both local and professional sports.
